What Your Surgeon Decides

  • Reviews your case to check the procedure is a good match
  • Adjusts your plan to your goals and health history
  • Chooses your anesthesia, including local or tumescent options
  • Meets you before surgery, in person or by video
  • Follows up with you about a month after surgery

Tools like FlexSculpt help your surgeon. They do not replace your surgeon's plan and skill.

FAQ

Real Answers to Common Questions

Yes. You can meet your surgeon before surgery, in person or by video. One visit is included in your price. Call us to set it up.

Not always. Your surgeon reviews every scheduled patient to check that the procedure is a good match. Your surgeon may adjust your plan based on your goals and health history. Before surgery, you must also complete lab tests and medical clearance.

With awake surgery, you get local anesthesia. You stay awake and comfortable, and you can talk to your surgeon. With general anesthesia, you are fully asleep. Some surgeries and some patients need it. Many procedures are done with tumescent anesthesia (a numbing fluid) or local anesthesia. This can help lower some risks of surgery. Both have risks. Your surgeon picks what is right for you.

Start with the clinic closest to you. At your consultation, we check that it offers your procedure and which surgeon is available. We can help if you need to travel.

You can pay with cash or a major credit card, or use a lender. The lender decides if you are approved and sets the terms. Ask for your full price and payment dates before you book.

You pay a booking fee to hold your surgery date. It is up to $1,500 and it is not refundable. Payments are due 45, 30, and 14 days before surgery. Moving your date within 60 days of surgery costs a fee. Read our full terms before you book.

It depends on your health and your body, not just one number. Many people with a higher BMI can have body contouring. Some cannot. A health check and your surgeon decide. BMI limits vary from procedure to procedure.

After major weight loss, loose skin often stays. Surgery can remove it, for example with a tummy tuck or an arm, thigh, or back lift. Your weight should be stable for at least a month or two first.

It depends on the surgery and your health. After small awake procedures, some people do light activity in a few days. Bigger surgeries take longer. Your surgeon will give you a plan for healing.

About a month after your procedure, you see your surgeon for a follow-up, in person or by video. Your other follow-up visits are with a member of the surgical team who cared for you on surgery day.

Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery Across the United States

Since 2016, Goals Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery has helped patients at cosmetic and plastic surgery clinics across the United States. Body contouring is our main focus. Every patient gets a clear plan, a named surgeon, and simple steps for healing. Some patients can have awake surgery with local anesthesia. We work with licensed surgeons and accredited U.S. facilities.

Body contouring is the core of what we do. Our surgeons shape the belly, waist, hips, back, arms, and buttocks. We do not use one method for everyone. Each plan fits your body, your goals, and your life.

Our Brazilian Butt Lift moves fat to add shape to the buttocks and hips. FlexSculpt removes stubborn fat and shapes the waist. A tummy tuck or FlexTuck tightens the belly after weight loss or pregnancy. Arm contouring slims the upper arms. You can have one of these or combine them, if your surgeon says it is safe.

Good body contouring looks at the whole body. Your surgeon thinks about how your belly, waist, and hips look together. The goal is a natural shape, not an overdone one.

Each procedure is done in an accredited U.S. facility by a licensed surgeon who does this kind of work. Surgeons who treat many body types can spot problems early and adjust the plan. See all of our services, or read about one procedure before you decide.

Goals offers awake procedures with local anesthesia for the right patients. Some surgeries need general anesthesia instead. With local anesthesia, you stay awake and comfortable, and you can talk to your surgeon. Your surgeon picks the right option for your body and your plan.

Many patients walk the same day after an awake procedure. Some feel less groggy than they expected. Healing still depends on the surgery and your health, and every choice has risks. Your surgeon will tell you what normal healing looks like and when to call.

We also offer breast surgery, including breast augmentation, fat transfer to the breasts, breast lift, and breast reduction. For men, gynecomastia surgery removes extra breast tissue.

A mommy makeover combines surgery on the belly, breasts, and body into one plan. You heal once instead of many times. Your surgeon helps you choose what matters most and plans it safely.

Some of these surgeries can also help how you feel each day. A breast reduction can ease neck and back pain. Repairing belly muscles can help your core feel stronger.

Hair loss can happen at any age. Goals offers hair restoration for men and women, including FUE and FUT hair transplants. These move healthy hair to thin areas. Results depend on your own hair, and your surgeon will tell you what is realistic.

Our clinics are in Los Angeles, the New York area, Atlanta, New Jersey, Maryland, Philadelphia, and Houston. You can start close to home and have your checkups with a local team.

Being close matters most after surgery. You have in-person checkups and a local team to call while you heal. If something feels wrong, you can be seen in person.

Goals clinics follow shared rules and standards, so your care should not change based on the city you choose. Find the clinic nearest you.

Safety comes first. Our clinics follow U.S. health rules in accredited facilities, and our surgeons have active state medical licenses. All surgery has risks, and we explain yours clearly.

Being honest is part of being safe. You get your full price before you book. We talk openly about who is a good fit and what results to expect. We also tell you when a procedure is not right for you.

An accredited facility is checked on things like cleaning, equipment, staff training, and emergency plans. Before surgery, ask where you will be treated and how it is accredited.

Cost should not stop you from asking. You can pay with cash, a major credit card, or a lender. At your consultation, a coordinator explains your choices and answers your price questions.

A clear price and a payment plan make it easier to plan ahead. See your payment options, or start with a free consultation.

From your first question to your last checkup, you should feel supported. Choosing surgery is a big decision. Your consultation is a real conversation, not a sales pitch. Ask anything, and learn what the procedure and healing involve.

Our coordinators help with scheduling, payments, and getting ready for surgery. Our clinical teams help you heal with clear steps and local support. You can reach real people who know your care.

Choosing cosmetic or plastic surgery is personal. From the Brazilian Butt Lift and FlexSculpt to mommy makeovers, breast surgery, and hair restoration, Goals brings together licensed surgeons, accredited facilities, awake options for the right patients, and clinics across the country. Start with a consultation to learn your options.

Worth being clear about: awake surgery is not a shortcut, and it is not right for everyone. When it is right, trained staff give the local anesthesia, check on your comfort the whole time, and your surgeon can talk with you.
