Privacy notice
This describes what Goals Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery collects through this website, why we collect it, and how to have it removed. Last updated August 2026.
What we collect
What the forms ask you for. Your name, phone number, email address, the clinic nearest you, the procedure you are interested in, and the best time to call. We do not ask for medical history, insurance details or payment details through this site.
What is recorded automatically when you submit a form. So that we can answer you properly and understand which of our advertising is working, a submission also carries technical information collected in the background:
- your IP address, and the approximate city and region it indicates;
- the page you submitted from, the page you first arrived on, the site that referred you, and the pages you viewed on this visit;
- advertising identifiers from the link you followed — for example Google's
gclidor Meta'sfbclid— and the campaign parameters attached to it; - the advertising cookies already set in your browser by Google Analytics and Meta, which let a booking be matched back to the advertisement that prompted it;
- your device type, browser and operating system, screen and window size, language settings, time zone and local time;
- how long you spent on the page, how far down it you read, and whether you used features such as the gallery, the cost calculator or the quiz;
- a random identifier stored in your browser, and a count of your visits, so that a repeat enquiry can be recognised as the same person.
This is first-party information: it stays with us and with the systems we use to run the practice. We do not use fingerprinting — no canvas, audio, font or hardware profiling designed to identify a browser that has asked not to be identified.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we honour it: only the page, the language and your consent are recorded with your enquiry, and none of the technical information above is collected. You do not have to ask us for this and we do not treat your enquiry any differently.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the consultation you requested. A patient coordinator uses your phone number, email address and stated preference to reach you, and your clinic and procedure selections to route your enquiry to the right team.
Consent to be contacted
The consent checkbox on each form is unticked by default and must be ticked before the form can be submitted. Ticking it means you agree to be contacted by phone, text or email about your enquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by contacting us using the details below.
Cookies
When you first visit, this site asks whether you accept analytics cookies or only essential ones. Essential cookies keep the site working and record your cookie choice. Analytics cookies, if you accept them, tell us which pages are read and where visitors leave, in aggregate. You can change your answer by clearing this site's stored data in your browser.
Who else sees your information
Form submissions are processed by our website host in order to deliver them to us, and are stored in the practice's own patient management system. Analytics and advertising platforms we use — Google and Meta — receive measurement information about advertisements you interacted with, which is how a booking is credited to the advertisement that produced it.
We do not sell personal information. Under the privacy laws of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and other states, some advertising measurement counts as "sharing" or as "targeted advertising", and you have the right to opt out of it. Sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is the simplest way, and we honour it automatically. You can also write to us using the details below and we will action it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a medical practice. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on (833) 462-5769 or through the contact page and say what you would like us to do.
Health information
Information you give a clinic during a consultation or course of treatment is protected health information and is handled under the practice's HIPAA notice of privacy practices, which the clinic provides to you directly. This website notice covers only what the website itself collects.
