Accessibility statement
We want anyone to be able to read this site and book a consultation on it. Last updated August 2026.
The standard we build to
This website targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Text and interface colours are checked against that contrast standard, every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, and headings are ordered so a screen reader can navigate the page structure.
What that means in practice
A skip link takes you straight to the main content. Accordions, menus and the consultation form work with the keyboard and announce their state. Images that carry meaning have text descriptions. Nothing on the site relies on colour alone to communicate. Animation respects your operating system's reduce-motion setting: if you have that on, the site does not animate.
Known limits
Before-and-after photography is inherently visual. Each gallery states what is being shown in text, but the images themselves cannot be fully conveyed in words. Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, is outside our direct control.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site is hard to use or you cannot reach the information you need, tell us and we will fix it — and in the meantime we will give you the information another way. Call (833) 462-5769 during Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 local time, or use the contact page. Please say which page you were on and what happened.
Booking by phone
Every consultation you can book on this site can also be booked by phone with a patient coordinator, at the same number above. You never have to use the website to become a patient.
